This document is a standard form to be used in certifying to the contractor that they have substantially completed the project.
A certificate of substantial completion is referenced and required in many contractor’s agreements as well as owner’s general conditions for project management. It has project information blocks, owner and contractor signature blocks, time period blocks as well as check off boxes acknowledging receipt of record drawings, O&M manuals (as needed), Warranty Documents and Completion of Training Requirements (as needed) This form may be printed and used on multiple projects.
